用途：用于建立手机与电脑之间的局域网传输通道，使 TXT 文件能通过 Wi-Fi 导入到手机。

Purpose: To establish a local network transfer channel between phone and computer, enabling TXT files to be imported to the phone via Wi-Fi.

我们不会利用网络权限上传数据、连接外部服务器、收集网络信息。

We do not use network permissions to upload data, connect to external servers, or collect network information.
